Charles Hight Highrise 1 RAD is a rehabilitation project consisting of 100 units. The former public housing site was converted to a LIHTC project and RAD in 2019. Only individuals 62 and older are eligible to rent. This development will include a State Licensed Personal Care Home so that the elderly can age in place and receive the individualized care and support they need.
