Park Homes RAD is a rehabilitation project currently underway consisting of 100 units. The former public housing site was converted to a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) in 2019. This project is on track to be finished by April 2021. Park Homes is located in the North Rome area. They are convenient to Main Elementary, a grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. The bus line is available with a bus stop in the neighborhood. Unit sizes vary from one to four bedrooms. Amenities include refrigerator/freezer, electric range with vent hood, dishwasher, microwave, tile floors, granite counters, and new cabinetry.
