Project-Based Voucher Waitlist Open

Beginning October 6, 2025, through October 17, 2025, Northwest Georgia Housing Authority will begin accepting applications for 3-bedroom units for the Project-Based Voucher Program for Park Homes only. Applications will be accepted online only by visiting our website at NWGHA.com. The waiting list will close on October 17, 2025, or once it has received sufficient applications to fill voucher availability.
