NWGHA Public Housing Waitlist Opening

The Northwest Georgia Housing Authority (NWGHA) announces temporary opening of the Public Housing waitlist.

Application Period: May 4, 2026 - May 15, 2026

During this time, applications will be accepted for placement on the waitlist. Interested applicants must submit their application within the designated timeframe, ONLINE ONLY.

• Applicants MUST be 18 years of age.
• Applications will only be accepted during this period
• Submission does not guarantee immediate housing placement.
• Late applications will not be accepted.
