If the resident's lease is terminated, for any reason, before the amount is paid in full, the resident may be subject to prosecution for fraud through the criminal court system.","className":"d-block"},{"type":"paragraph","subtype":"p","label":"Residents failing to report additional income that would result in retroactive rent that exceeds$1,500.00 will be subject to lease termination and prosecution for fraud through the criminal court system unless resident repays the entire balance within 30 calendar days from date of notification.
