The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program hosted HUD Family Strong Day events on June 15th, 16th, and 17th at John Graham Homes, Sandra D. Hudson Villas, and Rockmart.

HUD Family Strong Day is a community-focused resource event hosted by local public housing authorities to provide families living in HUD-assisted housing with opportunities for empowerment, engagement, and support. These events are designed to promote strong family relationships, community involvement, and positive childhood development.

This year, the NWGHA FSS Team celebrated by hosting community cookouts and inviting residents and families from each property to participate in a day of fun and fellowship.

Resident Services and the FSS Team would like to extend a special thank you to Justin, owner of Just Have Fun Inflatables, for providing the water slides and bounce houses that helped make each event a success.

NWGHA would also like to thank all of our residents who attended. We were thrilled to see such great participation and enthusiasm at each location. Your support and involvement help make these events meaningful and memorable.

We look forward to hosting many more events that bring our communities together!
