Notice of Public Hearing - PHA Annual Plan FY26 and 5-Year Plan FY26-30

The Northwest Georgia Housing Authority (NWGHA) will hold a Public Hearing to gather input on its PHA Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2026 and 5-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-2030.

NWGHA Annual Plan FY26 and 5-Year Plan FY26-30 will be available for review at 326 W. 9th Street, Rome, GA 30165, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Public Comment Period: The public comment period will start on Monday, August 25, 2025, and end on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
