Northwest Georgia Housing Authority Announces Opening of Project-Based Waiting Lists

The Northwest Georgia Housing Authority (NWGHA) will open the Project-Based Waiting Lists for the following properties:

• Sandra D. Hudson Villas (1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units)
• Park Homes (1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units)
• Willingham Village (1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom units)
• Ashland Park (1, 2, and 3-bedroom units)

The waiting lists will be open from September 14, 2026, through September 16, 2026.

Applications must be submitted online through the Northwest Georgia Housing Authority website, by clicking here.

Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements. Placement on a waiting list does not guarantee housing assistance or immediate housing availability.
