The Northwest Georgia Housing Authority is preparing to submit a Section 18 Disposition Application for the proposed sale of the property located at 1030 N Piedmont Avenue, Rockmart, GA.
A Public Hearing will be held to discuss the proposed sale and to receive comments from the public. The details of the hearing are as follows:
