Public Notice: NWGA Housing Authority – Park Homes Waiting List Opening

The NWGA Housing Authority will begin accepting applications for the 2‑bedroom Project‑Based Voucher waiting list for Park Homes, located on Reservoir Street in Rome, GA.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Households must have a minimum of 2 members (married or partnered couples are only eligible for 1 bedroom).
- Households may have no more than 4 members.
- Must meet income requirements.
Application Period:
February 11-13, 2026
Applications will be accepted online only at NWGHA.com.
