Public Notice: Northwest Georgia Housing Authority Announces Opening of Project-Based Waiting List for Elm Street Apartments in Rockmart, GA

The Northwest Georgia Housing Authority (NWGHA) will open the Project-Based Waiting List for the new Elm Street Apartments located in Rockmart, Georgia.

Unit sizes available: 

• 1-Bedroom
• 2-Bedroom
• 3-Bedroom
• 4-Bedroom

The waiting list will be open from October 19, 2026, through October 23, 2026.

Applications must be submitted online through the Northwest Georgia Housing Authority website:
www.NWGHA.com 

Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee housing assistance or immediate housing availability.
